“Caitlyn consistently demonstrates creativity in finding effective solutions to challenges and requests. She worked proactively to improve communication processes by creating clearer honorarium and tax treaty instructions for international guest speakers, as well as developing an interactive campus map within our events programs to improve visitor navigation. It is impressive how Caitlyn always finds ways to meet the needs of our guests while adapting quickly and staying calm and professional.”
